Use of  The Authorized E-mail for DocuSign

We, SmallRig Technology (HK) Limited and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "SmallRig")., are writing to inform you that SmallRig has implemented DocuSign asour primary platform for electronic signatures. To ensure the security of e-signing process, particularly in matters involving international entities, we authorize only one email address for arranging e-signature via DocuSign.

In addition to the above-mentioned announcement, we would like to reiterate the following important information regarding our procedures:

· All our electronic contracts and legal documents sent via DocuSign come only from our official corporate email--yinzhang@smallrig.com. Before signing, it's essential that you verify the sender's email matches our official email.

· Any contracts or documents signed in other ways, or received from a different email, such as personal emails, emails from other domains, or suspicious emails, will not be recognized by our company. If you sign such documents, any financial losses, legal problems, or disputes that result will be your responsibility.

· If you receive any suspicious requests to sign documents, or if you are unsure about an email's authenticity, please check with us immediately using the official contact information on our website. Do not sign anything until you have confirmed its validity.

We reserve the right to take legal action if anyone misuses our official email or creates counterfeit versions.
