Very solid cold shoe
Attaches to rig in multiple positions.
Great product, it has smaller screws to stop it from rotating however every place I've gone to mount it doesn't have a thread for the small screws
I ordered two of these as they seem to be the slimmest profile cold shoe available.
They are well made and beautifully finished, and come with the necessary tools for mounting (a nice touch SmallRig, thank you!).
The price was perfect and delivery very quick.
I am using these to mount small radio triggers to the backside of my flashmeters (Minolta IV . . . ancient, but still the finest flashmeter ever made).
Fit the bill, do just what I want.
This cold shoe mount is simple but strong! Easily mounts to your camera cage is seconds.
It is a very special product. It is of good quality and does not cost much. It is compatible with accessories with cold shoe pinch, like shoe handle for a handheld shooting. I like its design! It does not touch the contact of hot shoe. Quite convenient!
Does exactly what you want it to do just bought my second one. Very happy with build quality.
very good build quality, another example of your thoughtful engineering. well done.
It arrives with the necessary screws to be mounted on top left corner of the cage (article 1889), but if you connect the top handle 1638 right in the center, it doesn't fit the the dedicated screw holes because there is not enough room because of the handle,
You have to fix the handle a hole on right off the center.
Useful to have a couple spare. They can be attached or removed in seconds.
