this would be super helpful for setting a cage up to shoot vertical. I did a frankenstein version this last week with my r6 and the start/stop button was achieved by using my pinky - this setup would totally eradicate that motion! If you could power it via the USB, and manage to control start/stop and if possible the focus pull function like on the RS2 that would be amazing.
I would be happy to see it adapted for using it with the LEFT hand!
This would be perfect if it could be used with the Fujifilm GFX100s. Please make a proper cage for the GFX100s, currently your only option is the L Bracket, but a proper cage would be a much more useful option. Thank you.
I have an idea for a similar product. I use an iPhone Pro Max with your Pro Mobile Cage to shoot cars and something like this would be a game changer for me if it could provide both power and the ability to trigger the camera instead of having an On/Off button there. The iPhone camera can be triggered with earphone buttons so I know it could be done.
Having an Arca Swiss compatible base plate would be great. A remote button for starting recordings, as well as an indicator light for knowing when we are recording would also be helpful. If it is possible, having the ability to tilt the handle would also be very useful. There should also be some form of notch, or gap, in the base plate for the cable from the dummy battery to run through. This is something lacking in many cages, and I can definitely see damage on my cables from constantly resting the cage on the cable when placing on a table. I am definitely looking forward to seeing this product being released.
Hi, That's be great if you could had a way to plug the battery to the camera through USB-C, this way, you don't have to use a dummy battery.
Would love for it to be able to sit much closer to the body so the width profile isn’t so wide.
It would be great to control not only the start/stop record in video mode, but to have a proper shutter button, with half pressed position for focus control (video and stills) and shutter control for stills. Second set of batteries should be bundled
