Battery Mount Swivel

Hi Folks, I'm new here but also new to the whole cage systems!

I shoot on a R5 and have recently upgraded my kit to a cage set up with monitor, handles, focus wheel etc (go big or go home).

There's a few things I'm struggling with so any help would be amazing.

1. I've got the Full Cage for Canon EOS R5/R6/R5 C and have alongside that the V-Mount Battery Mount Plate. When I attach this to the cage only one of the screws can go into a hole which means it swivels and also has another screw that's surplus (which also means I can't attache it centrally as the other screw gets in the way and you can't take it out) Is this a rookie error or do I need a different set up.

2. I've got the Focus Lite which I'm yet to attached however can anyone suggest an attachment to mounting the wheel to the right hand side of the cage? I don't have rods, just the cage.
