How do you remove the SmallRig Microphone Adapter from the SmallRig Case (For Hero 9/10/11/12)

So I've tried everything:

• Sliding it Left (with the latch pulled)

• Sliding it Right (with the latch pulled)

• Pulling it (with the latch pulled)

• Slightly Twisting it before pulling down (with the latch pulled)

• Slightly Twisting and pulling Left (with the latch pulled)

• Slightly Twisting and pulling Right (with the latch pulled)

And all of the above with the latch up

If someone could please help me, that would be great :)
