In our brand's journey, we have always prioritized meeting user needs as our core philosophy, continuously exploring innovative custom services. A creator once presented us with a unique idea: custom colors. This simple yet thought-provoking suggestion ignited our passion for personalized customization. As a result, we have designed a range of custom products specifically for users, with customizing different colors as the main feature.
In August 2024, we launched our first color customization event with the goal of fulfilling user's personalized needs. The event was met with exhilarating success, selling over 150 custom products on the first day and receiving widespread acclaim. In this latest round of color customization, we have specifically selected red and orange, based on the most popular colors chosen by users during our previous customization event. These colors are achieved through anodization, a process that, unlike traditional paint methods, ensures color stability, increases surface hardness, and enhances corrosion resistance. This significantly extends the lifespan of the cage while offering environmentally friendly benefits.
Anodization is a common surface treatment process for metals, particularly aluminum alloys, designed to provide wear resistance, corrosion protection, and aesthetic appeal. During the process, the surface of the aluminum alloy cage is immersed in an electrolyte bath, and an electric current is applied to create a durable oxide layer. This oxide layer not only strengthens the cage's surface and improves its resistance to corrosion, but also allows for a variety of color options—such as black, gold, and blue—by adjusting the processing parameters.
