Backpack on, we step into the tall pines and let the camera find the way. From behind the shoulder, the trail disappears between ferns; a blur of green leaves frames the shot ahead; and out in the open, the camera comes up low through the long grass toward distant ridges and a last sun. Fog, backlight, a tree silhouetted against a low sky—each stop is just us, on foot, letting the mountain come to us. The footage is about the quiet rhythm of walking into somewhere green and staying long enough to catch the light.
