Vibe P96L pulsating light

I’ve tried to contact customer service but have not heard back from them. When I have the light in TV screen mode, no matter how bright I have it, it pulsates. It slowly goes from bright to dim, and there’s nothing I can do to fix it. Has anybody else had this problem?
