120 Countries and Regions, 3,891 Stories Embodied in Images

The SmallRig Awards launched its global call for submissions in April 2024, opening the entry portal in August 2024. By December 31, 2024, the awards had received an impressive 3,891 films focused on public welfare from creators worldwide.

The films came from over 120 countries and regions, with the majority originating from North America, South America, Asia, and Europe, covering more than 55 languages. Notably, 3,009 films came from international creators,. Individual creators submitted 2,895 films (74%), while 996 films (26%) came from institutional creators and selection channels.
