SmallRig Articulating Arm with Dual Ball Heads (1/4"-20 Screw and 3/8”-16 Screw) 2212 can be used to mount an accessory on your camera rig firmly and flexibly. Each end features a tightening thumbwheel for easy accessory mounting, with rubber pads protecting the equipment from scuffing. Use the included small hex key to further tighten the thumbwheel if a heavy device is attached. Both ball heads are secured using the single, large thumb lever. Compatible with a wide range of devices such as field monitor, LED light, sound gear, etc., this arm has a load capacity of up to 5 kg/11 lb. It is interchangeable with other SmallRig ball head parts such as 2132, 2133, 2134, 2211, 2114, 2108, and BUM2383 for different mounting configurations.

Since I discovered this system all my articulating Israeli arms are on eBay. When you attach a SmallRig Ballhead to a camera or tripod it stays where you put it. It does not spin lose if the bearing weight is in the unthread direction. And when you lock it down it stays put. I have not tested the weight capacity, but have yet to find a camera accessory, including double battery Atomos 7" monitors that it does not carry. As more camera operators discover this system the israeli arm systems will become obsolete.
