Garments look washed out and the host's face is always half in shadow? Your light setup is probably the problem.
This 7-light setup — copy it directly for a 30㎡ stand-up streaming studio:
Start with an RA-D85 deep parabolic softbox as the key light at 100% power to light up the host's full body. Add a fill softbox to open up the shadows — skin looks natural instantly. Raise an RC 220B to 2.8m as the top light to spread even brightness and nail that bright-tone look. Don't skip the side ambient light — the video shows the on/off difference, and it's huge. Round it out with an octagonal softbox and a single-color-temperature light for even fill.
Just remember three numbers: key at 100%, top light at 2.8m, single-color-temperature key light — and garment colors won't drift.
Same logic works for jewelry, beauty, and product shoots with a few angle tweaks.
