How to Connect the Wireless Control Handle 4329 with the Follow Focus Motor 4297

Step 1: Set the Handle to the Correct Mode
The Wireless Control Handle 4329 has two modes:
- D: DJI mode
- S: Smallrig mode
Switch the handle's side mode to S mode.
Step 2: Match the Frequency Band
To sync the handle and motor:
- Long-press the Record button and M key simultaneously to enter frequency band adjustment.
- Set the frequency band to match—either F00 or F15.
Step 3: Calibrate the Dial Travel
Calibrate the thumbwheel's limits to ensure precise control:
- Press the Record button and Lock button together to enter the travel calibration interface (the screen will show "CAL1").
- With the buttons still pressed, turn the dial to one limit position.
- Release both buttons, then press and hold them again (without letting go). The screen will switch to "CAL2".
- Turn the dial to the opposite limit position.
- Release the buttons and wait for the motor to finish resetting.
Step 4: Calibrate the Lens on the Motor
Finally, set up the lens:
- Mount the Follow Focus Motor 4297 onto the lens.
- Long-press the CAL button on the motor to calibrate the lens travel.
Once complete, the system is ready for use!
