Can I use the scroll wheel on the 4329 to control a second (focus) motor for zoom control, while using the scroll wheel on the RS3 for actual focus, or vice versa?

We are afraid not. The functions of the 4329 handle dial are consistent with the original dial and cannot be operated separately.

I am planning a "run & gun" rig that will quickly attach into/ remove from a DJI RS4 gimbal - including follow focus. Will your handle (SKU 4329) work with follow focus &/or Canon shutter release when used on the "run & gun" rig without the gimbal? And - if so - will that be wired or wireless?

This handle works with follow focus motor 4297, but it doesn't support shutter release.
