What is the difference between this and 5554? They look identical. Just marketing? :-)

6738 = A telephoto-focused kit. You're paying for the included 3.5x telephoto lens and a handle optimized for stabilizing long-zoom shots. 5554 = A modular photography grip kit. No lens included, but it gives you both T-Mount and 17mm backplates for future lens/filter expansion, plus a lighter, more ergonomic everyday grip.

How to connect smallrig wireless microphone to this rig?

This item does not have a built-in cold shoe mount or dedicated microphone mounting point on the shooting handle or phone case itself. However, you can still connect a SmallRig wireless microphone to this rig using the following methods: 🔌 Audio Connection Options Direct Phone Connection: Plug the SmallRig wireless microphone receiver (e.g., S70 series RX) directly into your iPhone's USB-C port. The 6737/6738 photography phone case has an open bottom design that allows access to the charging/audio port. Wireless Receiver Mounting: Since the kit lacks a cold shoe, you would need an additional accessory to physically mount the receiver: Use a cold shoe adapter with 1/4"-20 thread clamped onto the shooting handle or lanyard attachment point. Alternatively, use the included lanyard to secure the receiver nearby.

Is there a lens plate for 17mm threaded lenses that will attach to the case in this kit? If so, does it have a threaded attachment over the main lens?

I am afraid no, there is no 17mm lens backplate compatible with the FilMov cases included in kits 6737 and 6738. The 17mm Lens Backplate (SKU 6911) only works with the iPhone 18 series cages (SKU 6900/6901), not with standalone cases like the FilMov series. For attaching external lenses or filters to the FilMov case, your options are: Clip-On Filter Mount (SKU 6733) Magnetic ND/Black Mist Filters (SKU 6877) Both of these attach via a magnetic ring over the main camera module, but they do not provide a 17mm threaded attachment point.
