Using a Sony FX6, what cable do I need to send power to the camera from the V mount plate? 12v to 12v? or D-tap to 12v? Does any of the USBs work for Power Delivery?

The input of Sony FX6 is 19.5V DC. 3203B cannot output 19.5V, so this plate is not work with Sony FX6.

What's the purpose of the Dtap Input? Can it charge the battery or is to power the board
