Hello, I purchased the Smallrig RF 10C from Amazon on July 18th. I will attach a picture of my amazon order to this request. Here's my problem: The light does not charge unless I use the very short USB-C cable that shipped with my unit. I cannot use any of my longer USB-C cables to charge this unit. Do you sell a longer charging cable for this device? If not, can you please tell me which USB-C cable works with your device? Thank you!
