Hello I have bought a Hollyland Lark M2s Lavalier Micro System, whose receiver I connect via USB-C to my i phone 16 pro. The sound recording works perfectly. However, since I want to use a my Smallrig X Brandon Li Cage when filming, which completely encloses the i phone and whose cut-out is too small, I can no longer connect the USB-C receiver. I tried using an adapter (Belkin brand with a short cable) and plugged the Hollyland USB-C receiver into it (see picture attached). But this does not work, the audio transmission and thus the sound recording is not guaranteed. Would it work with a short USB-C to USB-C extension piece (without cable) or with another adapter with cable - can you recommend a brand? Please use Type-C to Type-C Audio Signal Adapter 4406, it is compatible with the iPhone 16 series cage. The adapter transfers the audio signal of the phone to the side of the phone, so that when the phone is connected to the side handle for horizontal shooting, it will not interfere with the use of the microphone.
