Is this compatible with Sony A6700 cages?

It doesn't work with Sony A6700 cages.

Could I ask if there is anyway to attach this handle to the smallrig 3667B using smallrig components or parts ? Or if there is an alternative handle to this one to ensure I can have a handle while using the Sony XLR-K3M ?

Sorry that this handle doesn't fit the 3667B, and there is no parts can attach this handle to that cage. Currently there is no handle work with 3667B with Sony XLR-K3M.
