What is the difference between this cage and the HawkLock Quick Release Cage?

The HawkLock Quick Release Cage is Built-in HawkLock Quick Release mounting points, improve the efficiency of disassembling and assembling.

Is there a way I can mount on the higher part of the left side of the cage your nato rotating handle without covering the hdmi port? If I mount it on the nato rail in the lower part of the left side the handle goes too low, but if I mount the nato rail included with the rotating handle on the higher part it makes it impossible to access the hdmi port. Is there an accessory I can use to solve this issue? Maybe something similar to the hdmi clamp included with the cage that allowes me to mount the nato rail on it? Thank you!
