I want to add a NATO Rail to the opening end side of my SmallRig 14 pro max cage to use with a nato side handle. What is the SMALLEST size NATO rail I can use. I assume the 90mm and 100mm work fine, but can I use the 70mm? Thank you, Bill Woolf

First, it was not clear that I needed a different section to be compatible with 17mm thread lenses. This I later ordered just in time for my trip. However, could I unscrew two of the screws holding the original filter attachment? No, tried decent precision screwdriver, all I have is sore palm from trying. I now wasted having 17mm lenses and variable ND filter for them, and will be stuck with the iPhone native lenses and original filter holder.

Hi！ Thank you for your message. 1. If you need to use a 17mm threaded lens, you need to replace the back plate. We have a 17mm threaded lens back plate designed specifically for iPhone 14 pro/pro max. You can refer to the picture below for details. 2. The back plate of the original M-mount can be removed. We have a wrench to help remove it. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. Best regards. SmallRig

2 questions: 1) Does the cage protect my phone screen from damage if dropped? (Is the case shockproof) 2) Can I attach nato rails to the phone cage? Thank you.

Hi！ Thank you for your message. 1. The Phone cages & Kits for iPhone 14 Series 4080 is a full metal cage with built-in pads to protect smartphones from vibration and scratches, but if the screen is hit by a force point when the phone falls, the screen will still be damaged. 2. Please tell us the ID of the nato slider you are using.
