What's the difference between the this and the older versions?

The function is the same, it is upgraded to compatible with ZV-E10 II. The older version doesn't work with ZV-E10 II.

This cooling system doesn't fit the Sony A7RV, and no adapter for it. Sorry that there is no cooling system for the Sony A7RV.
