Can the filters fit in the OEM protective case. Or will I need to buy the small rig case to keep the filters on me.

These filters doesn't fit in OEM protective case, they can be attached to the Insta360 Luna Ultra without case.

Is there any carry case for those filters rather than just cloth? Which one you recommend?

It includes a case for the filters.

Can you stack the ND filters with the Black diffusion filter?

We are afraid no, the ND filters in the SmallRig 6687 Filter Kit for Insta360 Luna Ultra cannot be stacked with the 1/4 Black Diffusion filter. Stacking filters on this specific kit may interfere with proper installation or image quality due to the compact design tailored for the Insta360 Luna Ultra.
