An Allen screw can be seen in the 3/8 inch hole on the underside. Can this be used to adjust the force for the horizontal swivel for the left-right movement?

Hi！ Thank you for your message. The gimbal adopts an adjustable center of gravity design. By turning the side wrench, the center of gravity can be adjusted forward or backward. There is a wrench built into the gimbal that you can use to install or remove your quick release plate. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. Best regards. SmallRig

Is it correct that You can adjust the torque of the swivel movement, i.e. the resistance of the pan, by inserting the Allen key into the lower hole with the 3/8 inch and turning it there?

Hi！ Thank you for your message. The gimbal adopts an adjustable center of gravity design. You can adjust the center of gravity forward and backward by turning the side wrench, which is convenient for you to adjust the center of gravity when using a large lens or installing the camera horizontally.
