What side handle do you recommend with Night Eagle Cage Kit 4522? I have the Wooden NATO Side Handle 2187B that I use with Z50 cage 2499. Pics show Side Handle 3847, but appears to be discontinued. Can I use Universal Rotatable NATO Side Handle 4359? Can I use Hawklock H21 (4485), or do I need to actually add the rail to my cage? Some sites say that the Hawklock is NOT compatible with a standard NATO rail.

It is OK to use 4359, and 4485. There is built-in NATO rail (Hawklock NATO rail) in the left side of the cage, so no need to add another NATO rail to the cage. Hawklock NATO clamp is not compatible with a standard NATO rail, while standard NATO clamp is compatible with Hawklock NATO rail.

It is OK. connect the quick release plate to the side of the cage, then attach to tripod vertically.
