SmallRig Counterweight Mounting Plate （Manfrotto type）for Zhiyun Weebill Lab and Zhiyun Crane2 BSS2277 is designed to replace the original Manfrotto dovetail plate that comes with Zhiyun Crane2 and Weebill Lab which allows you to balance front-heavy camera setup. It features rows of 1/4”-20 threaded holes at the rear to support optional Counterweight 2284 (100g) and 2285(200g). This mounting plate enables you to mount a longer lens with your camera. Additionally, it features a 1/4”-20 threaded hole on the front to fits the original lens support that comes with Weebill Lab. The Manfrotto plate features two m4 threaded holes on the bottom for Zhiyun TransMount Servo Focus Controller. Optional Arca Swiss Counterweight Plate 2283 enables you to balance your gimbal as a second solution.

Well, it does fit the Crane 3.
It's not a clean fit but I managed to loosen off the clamp lever ratchet enough to squeeze it into the clamp. Once in it slides and clamps down perfectly.
My Zcam E2 now sits low enough that it doesn't need a counterweight anymore with an 18-35.
I also mounted the 12mm rod up top using a 15-12mm home made sleeve. I drilled a 12mm hole down the middle of a 15mm rod, cut a slit down the side so it can clamp onto the 12mm rod. Mounted a small rig 15mm clamp to the top of the Zcam cage and now both motors fit on one rod.
The focus motor now works the correct way for one man band focus.
