Can I pair this with the NATO Top Handle (Lite)? Do I need any adapters?

There is no integrated NATO rail in the top of this cage. It required a NATO rail adapter to mount a NATO top handle. It is recommended to use NATO Rail with ARRI Locating Screw 48mm BUN2521B.
