When I plan to buy things, two criteria come to my mind. Firstly, it has to be good looking. Secondly, it has to be very useful in my daily life. The wooden handgrip is made of rosewood and looks good on the outside, and ergonomically designed so it feels very comfortable when you mount it on the right side of your cage. Nice!
this is something my previous cage was missing. fantastic improvement of handling comfort and convenience. the only issue it seems to have is the price, which is a bit ridiculous compared to the cage itself. never the less - 5 out of 5, easily.
This wooden grip is probably the main reason why I bought the cage for my a6300. I got use to the small grip on the camera but when I saw this I just had to have it. The grip itself is really nice, although I would like it to have multiple color choices (I would prefer some darker wood), but this is a nice contast to the robust cage. I can tell you it is safe and stable, it has 3 screws holding it in place. Recommendation
stylish and improves your grip!
I randomly saw the handgrip upon checking the website...I had already purchased the cage previously -- and was struck by how perfectly it seemed to mesh/meld with the industrial tech look of the cage.
I had to have one! Upon receipt, well, I was inspired to make the following video about it: https://youtu.be/2NhGata16OI
I really think this is worthwhile accessory for your Sony cage.
