Why do you need to enable Full Screen Zoom before using the video cage?

This is due to the software-based zoom control mechanism of the camera system: the lens zoom is controlled through the phone’s zoom function.

Will the magnetic CPL (SKU 4582) fit this kit (ID 6900), or do I need any additional accessories for this?

The SmallRig 4582 Magnetic CPL Filter is compatible with the 6900 Standard Video Cage Kit for iPhone 18 Pro/Pro Max with no additional accessories needed. The 6900 kit includes a 67mm Attachable Filter Backplate providing the magnetic mounting interface, and the 4582 is a 67mm magnetic CPL filter designed to attach directly to it. Important usage tip: remove the threaded adapter ring pre-attached to the back of the 4582 filter before magnetically attaching it to the 6900 cage's 67mm filter backplate, as leaving the threaded ring on may prevent proper magnetic attachment or rotation.

Can I use other handles with this cage (e.g., the SmallRig Mini Camera Side Handle with NATO and 1/4"-20 Screws)

Yes, the Mini Camera Side Handle with NATO and 1/4"-20 Screws is compatible with this cage.
